Northside Valley is a Caribbean estate on the west end of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The lush green landscaping and ocean views adorn each of the seven villas that are available for weekly rental. The deck of your villa will be an ideal place to stargaze and relax in the beautiful eco friendly environment .You can simply escape to simple living and see how landscaping, architecture, and eco-friendliness can make your vacation relaxing and fulfilling. You can enjoy the coffee on the deck with the view of the ocean and the flamboyant tree in blossom. The estate's beach offers lovely sunsets and crystal-clear snorkeling with a scuba diving adventure. The travelers can wander through the verdant grounds of our six acre estate or rent a bicycle for excursions to other estates and beaches. The Northside Valley is a member of the The International EcoTourism Society (TIES). The Gecko is looking fondly at the two girls planting mango trees at Northside Valley. Mango trees are the most effective trees on our planet for removing carbon gasses from our atmosphere. Northside Valley now has a total of one dozen mango trees working hard to clean the air. All of our gardens are organic. We have organic fruit trees, vegetables, and herbs. We do not irrigate our landscaping. & compost our vegetable matter and all landscaping trimmings. We currently have 10% renewable energy. These are solar-powered items. We are in the process of converting our diesel generator into a bio-fuel generator.

Northside Valley is two and a half miles from the small 18th century town of Frederiksted. The estate's size and its proximity to lovely beaches make it especially desirable for group events like destination weddings, reunions, and retreats. The Eco Gecko logo symbolizes our love of island habitat. We treasure the geckos that live at Northside Valley and are committed to preserving resources. We capture rainwater, a renewable resource, for use in the villas. We recycle and reuse as much as is possible. Your villa comes with a recycle and compost bin as well as dishpans in the kitchen. The dishpan water may be disposed of on the outdoor vegetation. The design of your villa uses high ceilings, wide windows, and the shade of native trees to keep your house cool. The native materials were used in the building of the homes. Waste is handled through a septic system and degrades naturally. Your villa uses efficient gas stoves for cooking. North side Valley is dedicated to offering a vacation that minimizes the impact of human habitation on the surrounding environment.
