Part of the Greater Kruger National Park, Umlani Bushcamp is the classic African safari camp that offers authentic wildlife experience with the mammoths of the savannah - the lion, elephant and rhino. With wilderness and seclusion as its selling points, the bush camp is home to a variety of different facets like the traditional boma, riverbeds, hammocks and a treehouse 2.5 kms from camp that opens up into the dam.

Green Comment:

Umlani’s responsible tourism aim is to minimize the footprint it leaves in our natural environment. Paints used in the hotel’s interior and exterior are lead-free. As per the food and beverage, 75% of all vegetables are organically grown and fresh produce is bought from local producers. At the utilities side, towels and linens have a reuse program and are made of organic cotton. Low showerheads and toilets are used for water conservation and all waste is recycled and most are composted on site. Staff and guests are routinely educated on the environmental policies of the hotel.
