Green Comment:

The Tree House is a well-oiled eco-machine that is very energy efficient since it leverages on solar lighting and deep-screened windows to keep guests free from the hassles of bugs. In addition to this, ventilation is not a problem since the Tree House is designed to catch the sea breeze during the day and cool mountain breeze at night. The latest development in the resort is its intended use of bio-fuels as an alternative to electricity. The by-product of glycerine would then be used for the resort’s toiletries (soaps, etc.)

TreeHouse Village Resort is situated in Port Moresby, in the region of National Capital of Papua New Guinea . This country is unfortunately, relative to its size and population, one of the most environmentally damaging country of the world . Port Moresby more specifically is a city whose population, while able to get together in some community projects, rarely decides to establish ecological protection groups .
