Manaaki Eco-farmstay NewZealand, is just 35mins from Christchurch located in sunny Purau bay, nestled within 50 acres of sheep-grazed rural farmland, olive groves, orchards and native bush. The Farm is secluded and private for travelers wanting to relax and rejuvenate or enjoy walking in an atmosphere of peace, tranquility and beauty in a eco friendly environment. Our Mediterranean-style home is self-built, constructed of environmentally sustainable materials, using natural timbers and finishes throughout. You can enjoy , taste our manuka/kanuka honey from our bees or organic fruits of the season. Our sunny, spacious bedrooms have generous ensuites. Bedrooms share a garden area with outdoor seating overlooking the bay and surrounding hills. The spacious 2 double bedrooms with ensuites and french doors onto private gardens are fully equipped kitchen/living with outdoor living.

Manaaki Eco Farm stay has spacious bedrooms, generous ensuites and gardens with panoramic views of the natural surroundings. You can enjoy the breakfast on the veranda enjoying our organic garden produce with honey from our bees. You can take a walk through our 50 acres of olive groves; sheep grazed tussock grasslands and native bush. It’s a perfect place for travelers who want to enjoy the natural surrounding in a eco friendly, green, clean and non polluted area. We are 1km from a safe swimming beach, boating and kayaking, 2km from Diamond Harbour, cafe restaurant and bar. Our olive groves, fruit and nut orchards and veggie gardens provide us with year round delicious organic food. Our house water is rain, harvested on site, filtered and solar heated. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the garden surrounded by native birdsong, or just relax in our guest lounge taking in the views. The wetlands manage all our wastewater, where it is filtered and used for irrigation on our orchards.
