Conservation Park Tui Nature Reserve in in NewZealand, is part of a 160-hectare peninsula in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The stunning sea/forest views from your cozy accommodation located 180 meters above sea level will be a adventure for the you. Our aim is to restore the natural environment without the use of poisons, so we can hear the native birdsong for generations to come. As part of a peninsula with no road access, the Reserve will in time become one of New Zealand's few 'mainland island’ sanctuaries. Our poison-free pest management scheme is having its impact on the restoration of the native bush and its wildlife. We built safe reptile and bird enclosures on our reserve, which house the Marlborough Green Gecko and Red Crowned Kakariki for breeding and educational purposes. We organise daily eco nature boat tours from Havelock and Elaine Bay, to the remote and isolated conservation park Tui Nature Reserve. You can cruise through the amazing bays, coves and waterways of the Marlborough Sounds. It’s an exciting boat trip, through the beautiful and quiet Pelorus Sound. On the way we will take time to enjoy the rocky shores with the Shag colonies and other magnificent marine wildlife including the Little Blue Penguins and Gannets.

Green Comment:

Conservation Park Tui Nature Reserve is a best eco friendly, green, environmental friendly, no pollution place for a guest to enjoy their trip. You can enjoy the beautiful walking tracks, secluded beaches, kayaking, and native mature bush or just relax.A brilliant place to enjoy the birds flying past and view the stars fill the sky at night. Our future vision is to physically protect the peninsula with a predator fence and re-introduce various rare and characteristic birds and other species. The 'plateau forest' of the reserve, lying at 180 meters above sea level, is the site of two fully furnished eco-cabins and a two-bedroom cottage that provide for comfortable accommodation with spectacular views of the Outer Marlborough Sounds. The cottage is fully equipped and has a wood burner (wood supplied), which also makes it a perfect place to stay in the winter. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a trio bunk, which sleeps two in the double bed and one in
