The Bungalow Heritage Homestay is one of the few heritage buildings of Fort Vypeen and is a mixture of Dutch, Portuguese and Kerala architectural styles The first floor of this three storied house is fully furnished with two spacious bed rooms and a sit out for the comfort of the guest. Second floor attic is available to guests for common uses like reading , indoor games like chess etc. Each room have wooden floor and ceilings. Wooden staircase connect each floor.The food is cooked in traditional Kerala style and there are wide selection to choose, in case you decide to eat with the family. Kerala attracted the world for its spices, now its your turn to savour the delicious dishes yourself.

Nobody smokes in the household however if guests wish to do so they will be directed to the designated area. Plastic garbage is collected seperately and send to a recycling facility. Guests are asked to drink water from the purifier in order to minimize plastic bottle usage.
