In 2005, we were one of the founders of the Stockholm Water Prize, an international accolade awarded by the Stockholm Water Foundation every year. The prize goes to a person, organisation or institution for outstanding achievement in water-related activities.We used to transport nearly four million bottles of water to our hotels. We used to sell around 1.2 million litres of water a year at our hotels. That is equivalent to 3.6 million 33 cl bottles. With our own water, we estimate that we will cut carbon emissions by 160 tonnes per year, based on our earlier volume of sales.
