Beau Rive is situated 240 feet above sea level on the East (Atlantic) coast of Dominica, between the villages of Castle Bruce and Sineku. Located right in the middle of tropical gardens and forests, the hotel offers a stunning view of the waves at Anse Francais and Wakaman Point. Visitors can expect a secluded stay as one can just simply take a walk down the nearby forest or rocky beach. Major attractions include site seeing places like the Fort Shirley at Cabrits National Park. Alternatively, you can also visit some of the attractive colonial buildings located in the centre of Roseau. All guestroom windows are equipped with mosquito screens to keep insects at bay.

Beau Rive strives to be responsible and minimise any negative impact to the environment by not using chemicals in the garden and uses only the compost that is made. Hot water is solar heated; which is operated using a solar-powered water pump. Wastage is minimized and tremendous support is given to the local farmers and their products. Before even starting to build the hotel, 170 fruit and flowering trees were planted to help attract a wide variety of birds. Guests are encouraged to drink water straight from the clean rivers and natural springs, thus reducing unnecessary water wastage.

Beau Rive is located in Roseau, in the region of Saint George of Dominica . This specific country is one of the few countries still sufficiently remote from the politics of the international community not to be subject to precise studies on its ecological footprints .
